A note from Milepost: Quiet visit. Wind got up Thursday night and there were small limbs down along the driveway; we cleared them off before leaving. The outdoor shower is draining slower than on the last two visits, so it's written up below with a photo. The thermostat read 58°F — right where you asked us to keep it. Mail and two flyers collected and left on the kitchen island. Back on the 28th.

Noted for your attention

Item #1 · Outdoor shower drain

Observed: The outdoor shower drained noticeably slower than on the last two visits — water standing roughly 2″ deep and taking about a minute to clear. Sand and hair visible at the grate; no water seen anywhere it shouldn't be.
What we did: Pulled and cleared the visible debris at the grate, then ran the shower again. It improved but did not clear fully. We did not open the trap — that's plumbing work, outside what we do on a watch visit.
Suggested next step: Have the trap pulled and cleared before the season. We can meet a plumber and let them in on any weekday, or have a go at it ourselves on the next visit at the standard hourly rate if you'd rather. No urgency — it drains, just slowly.
